We have a brand new role within Samaritans Ireland for a Senior Digital Fundraising and Communications Officer. This role will be split between both Fundraising (50%) and Communications (50%) objectives.
You’ll develop and implement a digital fundraising strategy to maximise income from online channels, including the recruitment of new supporters and the development of relationships with existing supporters in Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll also create, lead and implement Samaritans Ireland’s digital communications strategy.
The Team
The Samaritans Ireland team includes specialists within Policy, Safeguarding, Finance, Helpline and Communications. The team is friendly, collaborative and supportive. They have just launched an ambitious Strategic Delivery Plan for 2022–27, with the aim of maximising support to their beneficiaries and volunteers. This role will work closely with the Communications and Policy Manager and the Digital team within the UK Samaritans Central Charity.
