Digital Advertising Coordinator
We are looking for a brand new Digital Advertising Coordinator to join Samaritans on a 12 month fixed term contract. As Digital Advertising Coordinator, you will have previous digital marketing knowledge and lead the coordination of activities across teams to maximise effectiveness and increase return on investment (ROI).

- Full time, 35 hours per week
- £25,000 per annum plus benefits
- Location is flexible – can be home-based with occasional travel to meetings in Surrey

This is a brilliant time to join the Samaritans Digital team as we
significantly grow and invest further in paid social. We are continuously developing
our network of high profile partnerships & campaigns and evolving new
products for our end users. We have big plans to use our digital footprint to
reach more users and promote the service further.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate Samaritans’ paid-for digital advertising activity, predominantly via social media but also across other channels including search and display
- To
assist on creative, and build campaigns according to briefs
- Provide tactical oversight of Samaritans’ digital advertising across teams and channels
- To
assist the Social Media Manager with the planning and strategy of paid social
campaigns
- To work closely with the Acquisition Manager to acquire new supporters, raise income and engagement
- Develop
and maintain digital advertising scheduling and briefing processes
- Monitor
and report on campaign performance using relevant tools
- Ensure
learnings are shared and embedded across teams
- Maintain
positive working relationships with partners and suppliers
Skills
and Experience:
- Previous experience of Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of digital advertising operations and best practice
- Capable of coordinating a calendar
of paid media activity, in a busy environment
- Knowledge of the process for delivering
paid social media campaigns
- Knowledge of tools such as
Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Management Platforms
- Strong time management and
organisation skills
- Experience
of paid search best
practice (desirable)
