The National Suicide Prevention Alliance (NSPA) is a coalition of public, private and voluntary organisations in England whose mission is to get all parts of society working together to take action to reduce suicide and improve the support for those bereaved by suicide. With over 700 members, the NSPA is passionate about sharing good practice and providing expert information and plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of the national Cross-Government Strategy Preventing Suicide in England.   It has a small Secretariat which is hosted by Samaritans and based in its office in Ewell, Surrey. 

We are delighted to have launched a network for people with lived experience of suicide and suicidal thoughts. We’re looking for a passionate individual dedicated to amplifying the voices of people with lived experience to manage and grow this network.  You'll need experience of successfully engaging a wide range of people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a drive to get things done. Having personal experience yourself is desirable.

The Secretariat for the NSPA is employed and hosted by Samaritans's beautiful office in Ewell, Surrey. Just a 30-minute train journey from Waterloo and 15 minutes from Wimbledon.
