We are looking for a Supporter Acquisition Lead to join the Individual Giving team at Samaritans. This role is responsible for the strategic development, delivery and growth of an integrated acquisition programme that grows income in line with agreed targets and KPIs. The role will focus on digital fundraising, innovative media planning, new product development and outstanding creative execution across multiple audiences and channels that maximise engagement.

Individual giving accounts for 33% of Samaritans’ overall fundraising income. This is a great time to join Samaritans as we have just launched a new organisational strategy including a new Fundraising strategy. You’ll help scope and develop the strategic development of supporter acquisition at Samaritans, exploring new ideas and approaches. This is a brand new role and the starting point of developing the team and wider programme of work. The Individual Giving team is small, friendly, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll lead and motivate a team of two to develop and deliver a robust programme of activity. You’ll be responsible for strategy development, delivering a programme of acquisition activities, innovation and compliance.
